  19. And another one: Maybe the file is still locked by another program.
  20. Rebooting your machine will usualy help...

  22. IF the file is empty, and therefore cann't be deleted. Try opening it in
  23. an editor and type something in it. Then the file ain't empty anymore..

  25. If the name is the problem, maybe you still can RENAME the file, and THEN
  26. delete it..
